1. The Chief Minister and other dignitaries including Tourism Minister Kadakampally Surendran, Forest Minister K. Raju, Health Minister K. K. Shylaja, K. Muraleedharan, C. Divakaran, O. Rajagopal, B. Sathyan, D. K. Murali, B. Ansalan, C. K. Hareendran, MLAs, Thiruvananthapuram Mayor V. K. Prasanth, District Collector K. Vasuki, State Police Chief Loknath Behera, KTDC chairman M. Vijayakumar, Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services R. Sreelekha, Additional Director General of Police (South Zone) B. Sandhya and Kerala Tourism Director P. Bala Kiran were in attendance at the VIP pavilion in front of University College.

2. Diverse art forms and cultural motifs were showcased at the pageantry that was flagged off by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan at Manaveeyam Veedhi.

3. Other traditional art forms including Mohiniyattom, Velakali, Alavattom, Theyyam, Kathakali, Padayani, Neelakkavadi, and Pookkavadi were displayed to the accompaniment of Panchavadyam, Chendamelam and Shingarimelam.
