1. A motorcyclist was caught by a speed camera in the United Arab Emirates travelling at 172 mph – two-and-a-half times the legal limit.
2. But Major Mohammad Al Shehi, head of detectives and traffic control at Sharjah Police, says it is common for drivers in the country to continue speeding even after punishment.
3. The speed limit on the road the motorcyclist was travelling on is 75 mph, according to Gulf News.
